Hilary Russ, Reuters' journalist on the restaurant beat, joined the show in segment 2 with a look at high end urban restaurant demand and what to expect with fast food pricing. In segment 3, Pacific Legal Foundation Attorney Jeff McCoy discussed two cases he's arguing on behalf of rural residents against federal agencies. We ended the show with an upbeat look at the cattle market with Dennis Smith, of Archer Financial Services.</p>
