Anxiety with Emma Reed Turrell

We’re proud to be supporting mental health this MentalHealthAwarenessWeek - 15 to 21 May 2023. The theme this year is anxiety - one of the most common mental health problems people face. To assist us with our week we are absolutely delighted to be joined by Emma Reed-Turrell. Emma grew up near Portsmouth and went on to read English at Queens’ College, Cambridge. Following ten years working in business, she returned to her earlier passion for psychology and retrained as a psychotherapist. Emma is also a Clinical Supervisor and runs a busy therapy practice alongside training and consulting. Following the success of her debut book, Please Yourself: How to Stop People-Pleasing and Transform the Way You Live, Emma is currently writing her second book, What Am I Missing? Uncover Your Blindspot and Discover a Happier You, which will be published by Penguin Life in March 2024, and she also presents the popular podcast Best Friend Therapy with Elizabeth Day.
