Anton's Law goes into effect | 'Critical step in creating public trust in policing'

(WEAA)— Anton's Law, named after 19-year-old Anton Black, who died in police custody in 2018, declassifies police criminal misconduct records in the state of Maryland. After years of legislating, the law is in effect as of Friday, October 1.
