Anti-Poverty Plan Helps Rural Communities ‘Thrive’

<p>This episode focuses on Thrive Livingston, the County’s Rural Anti-Poverty Plan, a strategy tool to focus resources on combatting social, cultural, economic, and environmental challenges facing residents of its rural community.
