Another episode about alleged rape and politicians

There's a bipartisan meltdown underway when it comes to sexual assault. On Friday it was the Coalition, with an anonymous letter accusing a cabinet Minister of raping a 16-year-old girl, back in 1988 before he entered Parliament. Then late on Sunday, a Liberal Senator forwarded an allegation about a Labor MP to the Federal Police. The Coalition is choosing carefully how to respond to this new allegation, and for the first time this year, Labor is in the same position.
