<p>I am revisiting the topic of anger as promised. In this episode I touched on various aspects that can contribute to deep seated anger. Anger in of itself, like stress, can be helpful and it inevitable. However, some of us are experiencing chronic anger on a daily basis which can lead to so many health concerns and a lack of peace and joy in life.</p> <p>I believe it is important to know where it can stem from so it can be addressed at the root. Yes, eating healthy, exercise, cleansing, essential oils, baths and so many other natural remedies can be helpful. On the other hand, we do not want to neglect addressing where the anger is coming from and taking the steps to work through it. That is the challenging part! With this pandemic, many have experienced a lot of emotions coming up because so many were made to sit with themselves in ways they had not done before.</p> <p>This is an episode to also reveal how I deal with anger as well and it is not something that is uncommon. Knowing this can encourage others to reach out the assistance they need so they can live a more productive life.
