We recorded this conversation the week after their newest event took place in the Gold Coast and it was super fun to get the lowdown on the Swimrun scene in Australia plus get a mini race director report on how the event went and so much more.</p><p>But first…</p><p>Training Update</p><p>It’s off-season time and while we don’t have a training update to share, we would like to share that we have survived our first gauntlet of the holiday season: Thanksgiving. We managed to not go completely overboard so that’s a win in our book!</p><p>Shoutout</p><p>This week’s shoutout goes to <a href="https://lowtideboyz.com/podcast/adriel-young">Adriel Young</a>. Adriel is a 4-time Swimrun World Champion, former guest of the <a href="https://lowtideboyz.com/podcast/adriel-young">show</a>, and an amazing ambassador for the sport. How amazing is he?
