What sets me apart from other people is that I have great tools to navigate everything with resiliency.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[6:04]</span> <strong>Where did these tools come from?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">My tools came from learning and experience. I’ve spent 17 years in the self-development space and eight years in cognitive work. Through that experience, I became a master of awareness. But life didn’t look any different for me when I was 32 years old. I had a failing relationship, I was in debt, and I was lost in my career. So when I dived into body-mind connection, I realized that the mindset stuff I’ve done is so important.
