Liverpool underlined why they are the Premier League champions with a superb 3-1 victory over Arsenal on Monday that came on the back of closest rivals Manchester City losing 5-2 at home to Leicester City. Man City followed that humiliating defender by signing yet another defender in the shape of the £65m Ruben Dias.
