It took me a long time. For reference, I’m still young, but I’m not that young. I’m 32, and I’ve been on this deep journey of self-discovery over the past couple of years, especially over the past ten months. It’s all I want to talk about now. I have a successful business, and I’m successful as a business person. People are like, “Oh, do you want to talk about like, what do you do?” I’m like, “No, I want to talk about my passions.”</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[6:43]</span><strong>What was that Aww-Shift moment?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The grind was the first five years of the business, and I was a solopreneur. I didn’t have any help. I’m talking like 16, 18 hour days overtired getting sick because I was tired of thinking that my business is my entire identity. Losing touch with previous passions, and my hobbies died down. I was just working and sleeping and working and sleeping.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[8:10] The first shift was hiring help. Allowing myself to let go of some of the responsibilities in the business and realizing that other people can help me and I don’t have to do it all myself again. After that,
