<p dir="ltr">On this episode of the BMS® Podcast, Danielle welcomes NBR® Educator <a href= "mailto:julia@nbr.education"><span data-rich-links= "{"per_n":"Julia Ward","per_e":"julia@nbr.education","type":"person"}"> Julia Ward</span></a> onto the show!</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Letting go….</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">That is the biggest struggle that we ALL have to face at some point or another.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">That is something that almost every entrepreneur will struggle with. You have to always be dialed into the goal you’re striving for.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">You have an idea of what success looks like for you. You know the general direction that you’re headed. So, once you hit that, you get comfortable.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Once you get comfortable you  think that nothing else will be hard because you made it. You finally made it & all the hard parts are over.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Wrong.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">It's okay to want to be MORE successful. Even though you just hit your goal, it's normal even to want MORE. To think “Now what?”</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Our advice: don’t ever be satisfied with where you are at.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">You always want to grow and evolve. You are always going to hit those goals, and you want to KEEP hitting goals.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">It's not easy, but it's worth it.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">You get to a place where you have to just let go. You have to let go in order to see things differently.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">When you start to let go, you are also opening  up all this time & space.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">It creates mental freedom so that you can have enough space to create what you actually want.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">When it gets to the point when it's not fun anymore … you have to let go.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Create space.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Join
