All 93 Nebraska counties and Governor sued by election skeptic

Every county election official in Nebraska is being sued by one man. <br />The court filing names county election officials in all 93 counties and asks the judge to require local Sheriffs collect the ballots cast in recent elections and conduct a “forensic audit.” He demands the state legislature require the use of hand-counted paper ballots. Hill also seeks a billion dollars in damages.<br />In response, the Nebraska Attorney General and the state’s largest counties filed motions asking the lawsuit be dropped.
