<p>This week, Lauren brings you her interview with Logan Haskett. Given Logan started in real estate by wholesaling, the two chat a bit about that. He used paid mentorship to get started and it really worked for him. They discussed Logan's current portfolio and his buy and hold strategy. Logan says the best way to learn about real estate investing is through podcasts (like this one) and Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) meetings. If he was starting over investing in real estate in 2023, he'd start wholesaling by driving for dollars.</p> <p><strong>About Logan:</strong></p> <p>Logan Haskett is a 24-year-old real estate investor located in Tulsa, OK, who is from Kansas City, Missouri. A former HVAC Tech, Logan started a wholesaling real estate company at 21. He grew it into a nationwide wholesale company, doing deals in 48 states.
