After Roe: Equal Protection and Prosecuting Lawbreakers – Samuel Sey

<p>In this episode, my guest, Samuel Sey, will discuss with me some of the emerging political challenges pro-life advocates are facing in the aftermath of Roe v. Wade. One such issue is whether abortion bans should specifically exempt women from prosecution for illegal abortions.
