On Africa News Tonight: Kenyan President William Ruto Wednesday launched a $408 million dollar fund that will offer low interest credit to small-scale enterprises and startups with a commencement date set for May 2023. Botswana reports significant milestones in the fight against HIV, however experts say infections are still above 7,000 per year.
