On Friday, Prime Minister Abiy said the federal military operations have "clear, limited and achievable objectives" as the country mobilizes for war. In Cote d’Ivoire, the situation is very tense as at least 13 people have been killed since elections on October 31st. After Incumbent President Alassane Ouattara was announced the winner on Tuesday for a controversial third term with 94 percent of the vote, the opposition has mobilized, creating a parallel government.
