Advent 2021 Day 4 - American Solera - This Is Cashmere! - ep408

<p>Advent 2021 Day 4  is really exciting because we get to finally feature another IPA from American Solera. We reviewed Terpy Citra way back in season 1. We loved it. This Is Cashmere! is exciting because it's a hop variety that we don't know too much about. Cashmere hops haven't been as high profile as Citra, Idaho-7, Mosaic or other trendy varieties. This is Cashmere! features Cashmere, Azacca and Mosaic hops. It's a little grassy, a little bitter and overall yummy.</p>
