Advent 2021 Day 11 - Nerdbrewing Hashmap - ep415

<p>Advent 2021 Day 11 brings another Nerdbrewing beer. Hashmap is a smoked imperial stout with lapsang souchong tea. Lapsang souchong is a black tea consisting of Camellia sinensis leaves that are smoke-dried over a pinewood fire. It gives a pleasant smoky flavor to the beer when combined with Nerdbrewing's rich chocolatey, coffee-ish base stout. This is the first release (and maybe the only) Hashmap release. Hopefully we'll see more in Hashmap beers released.</p> <p> </p>
