<p>We decided to take a break on Day 7, an Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break! This classic beer is a gift from Stefan. Neither of the guys had had an Imperial Biscotti Break in a few years, so it was a welcome break. It's everything we remembered it being. It's nice to know that in a world of pastry stouts there are still some classics that remain as excellent as ever.</p>
