Addressing Antisemitism: A Conversation with Rabbi Jonah Steinberg

<p>In this episode, Chris Boyd and Jeff Perry welcome Rabbi Jonah Steinberg from the<br /> Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Rabbi Steinberg is the Director of ADL’s New England<br /> Region and discusses the rise of antisemitism since the October 7 th attack on Israel where<br /> the terrorist group Hamas attacked Israel killing over 1,400 people, wounding thousands,<br /> and kidnapping at least 250 children, women, and men. The group discusses a new study<br /> released this week which found that 73 percent of Jewish college students and 44 percent<br /> of non-Jewish students have experienced or witnessed antisemitism since the start of this<br /> school year. Rabbi Steinberg offers his thoughts on some reasons for the rise in<br /> antisemitism. The group discusses the poor response to antisemitism from several<br /> universities, including Harvard, Penn State and Columbia.
