Acts 8:26-40 - Prog 30

We are in Acts 8:26 on the Unchanging Word Bible Broadcast reading more of what God did thru Philip the evangelist. In the midst of a revival, an angel of the Lord instructs Philip to go down the road to a desert place near Gaza. Luke records that an Ethiopian eunuch was worshipping, riding along in his chariot having come from Jerusalem. He was reading a passage from Isaiah, chapter 53 to be exact. When Philip was told by the Spirit to come up along side of the man’s chariot, he heard him continually reading out loud this passage. So Philip asked him whether he was yet understanding what he was reading. He said, I need someone to guide me in understanding who this Scripture is speaking about.
