<p>Pastor Rick covers Acts 6:1-7 where conflict within the church is dealt with in a God honoring way.  Pastors and Elders are to focus on teaching, leading and praying... which simply means other godly leaders need to take care of ministering to flock.  Dealing with conflict well keeps the church on mission and is an amazing testimony in the neighborhood.</p>
