Description
After having been falsely accused Paul now makes his defense before the people in Jerusalem. We are in Acts 22:1. Paul’s audience consisted of the Jewish people, the priests and the Roman soldiers. Paul, having spoken to the soldier in Greek then speaks to the people in the Hebrew dialect. Paul demonstrates his ability to speak in a language which the listeners can understand. Do you give your testimony to others of how you came to know Jesus as your savior? Dr. Mitchell outlines that Paul gave his testimony of life before his conversion - a zealous persecutor. Then his conversion in the presence of Jesus who asked why he was persecuting Him. And now, after his conversion, a preacher of the gospel. Let’s open our Bible to Acts 22:1 with Dr. Mitchell.
