After the upper room prayer meeting, Peter stood up announcing that it was necessary to choose another apostle to replace Judas Iscariot. A true apostle must be uniquely qualified as having been with Jesus from the beginning of John the Baptist’s ministry until Jesus’ ascension to heaven. We are in Acts chapter 1:21 on the Unchanging Word Bible Broadcast with Dr. John G. Mitchell.
