Luke writes that after the two angels had questioned the disciples, they assured them this same Jesus would return in just the same way as they saw Him ascend into heaven. So, Dr. Mitchell will give us several scriptures concerning the coming of the Lord, both at the rapture in the air and then the 2nd coming of Jesus to the earth. Luke writes that the 11 disciples, along with Mary the mother of Jesus and Jesus’ half brothers all went into an upper room where they held a prayer meeting. Later on, two of Jesus’ brothers, James and Jude wrote their books.
