ACCEL Lite: Real World Implications of 2021 AHA/ACC Chest Pain Guidelines: Modeling of Deferred Testing Recommendations in the PROMISE Trial

<p>In an effort to limit unnecessary testing and increase diagnostic yield, current major guideline recommendations recommend a risk-based strategy with deferred testing in low-risk patients, catheterization in high risk patients, and selective noninvasive testing for those at intermediate risk.
