ACCEL Lite: Improving characterization of Stage A and B HF by adding strain

<p>Earlier detection of people at risk of HF would enable cardioprotection to be initiated earlier and damage avoided. Current imaging tools (eg. ejection fraction) are not sensitive enough to identify early disease.
