We start with Meerah Rajavel the Chief Information Officer of Citrix. While the world shifted to a remote workforce nearly overnight, her team started working out the logistics a long time before the pandemic, the time-table just accelerated. The situation forced her team to get creative, fast; and also, some unexpected challenges. Meerah shared her four C’s of remote working and Jeffrey added a fifth C to the list.  Clint Padgett started the second half of the show talking about two other Cs, conversation vs. communication. Clint is the CEO of Project Success Inc., a company that advises teams on effective project management. He says communications could be anything -- a text, zoom chat or e-mail, but conversation happens face-to-face allowing for follow-up questions, and creating clarity for everyone involved.
