A Pirate Ship, a Storm, and Something in the Water

A pirate ship caught in a storm, sails blowing in the rough wind as waves slap at the ship the wood creaking. No one on board has made a sound not since we started hearing "It". We have no idea what it is. All we know is it's massive, and that sound it makes has stolen the nerve of everyone on this vessel. Is it Cthulhu? Is it a kaiju? Or something worse? I hope you enjoy.
