A Phone Call From A Friend

<p>This young lady called me today while I was having a really awful day. &nbsp;I haven't been able to sleep,(48 hrs) can't get out of the bed and not feeling well mentally. &nbsp;My therapist isn't available and sometimes this will happen. &nbsp;Just when I was feeling my lowest she called needing me also and we helped each other. &nbsp;While speaking with her I asked if it were ok to record. &nbsp;This was an impromptu episode but I decided to share so you can try to understand the real emotion and feelings going through the mind of those who battle with depression or other mental health issues...This is a relationship that I developed from being in Sheppard Pratt. &nbsp;Three years later and we are still in contact....</p> --- Support this podcast: <a href="https://anchor.fm/danielle-owens/support" rel="payment">https://anchor.fm/danielle-owens/support</a>
