A Model for Mission-Driven Leadership: Dr. Mary Beth Cooper, President, Springfield College (MA)

<p><strong>With two doctorates and an MBA, </strong><a href="https://springfield.edu/about/president-cooper"><strong>Dr. Mary Beth Cooper </strong></a><strong>was clearly qualified to assume the presidency of Springfield College. &nbsp;Now in her 9th year, President Cooper has instituted several new innovative partnerships and initiatives that have extended Springfield College's impact in the community and she has gained a reputation as a mission-driven and highly strategic, student-centric leader. &nbsp;During our conversation we learn about her journey to the presidency, how she thinks about innovation, why she puts so much emphasis on building a strong and collaborative senior leadership team, and her thoughts about the future of the four-year degree.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><br></p>
