Tuesday 30th March  A beautiful Tuesday to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I trust that your day is going on well. I have often wondered why it seems impossible to keep our challenges completely secret. I’m not implying that people know every detail of the challenges you are going through but somehow people just know things are not going too well. Bad news has a way of traveling fast. Usually, the last thing anyone wants when going through a challenging season is unnecessary focus and attention. But that’s is exactly what the devil wants, he wants us in the spotlight so people can see us so they can talk about us, gossip and ridicule us. All this is meant to put us under pressure and make us do things we should not do. But God is all wise and He is always ahead of the devil. When we stay true to God, what the devil planned for evil, God will always turn it around for our good.  Luke 1:57-58 (NLT), 57 When it was time for Elizabeth’s baby to be born, she gave birth to a son. 58 Ands when her neighbours and relatives heard that the Lord had been very merciful to her, everyone rejoiced with her. This was the story of Elizabeth and her husband Zachariah. That they had a very godly background wasn’t enough to immune them from life challenges. Elizabeth’s problem was well known in the neighbourhood. Elizabeth had felt lonely, dejected and probably wondered at times if God was on her side. In her condition, some were genuinely concerned while other mocked her. However, when God turned her situation around, those who have mocked her came to rejoice with her.  A few days ago, I held an interview with my friends Wole and Lolade Olusola. They spoke about how they went through several years of financial and emotional difficulties, they became the object of shame, pity and ridicule, this went on for years but today they are singing a new song. God gave them the wisdom and strength to turn everything around.<
