Captured on cell-phone video and amplified in the media, the whole world witnessed his horrific death and it has reignited a centuries-long conversation around racism in the United States and the injustice that African Americans can face at the hands of police and law enforcement. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The aftermath of George Floyd’s death – on top of the stacking of Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Trayvon Martin, and Eric Garner just to name a few other horrific losses – has brought this nation to a threshold.
