A cop shoots a woman through a window as she was playing video games with her nephew, prompting a lawsuit.

<p>Atatiana Jefferson, 28, was killed by a prowler in her own home. Fort Worth police officer Aaron Dean was charged with her murder. Jefferson's sister has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Fort Worth, Mayor Betsy Price, former police chief Ed Kraus, and former officer Dean. It has been over a year since Dean murdered Jefferson and there hasn't even been a trial date set for the case.
