99: Triggered - the Realities of Dating after Abuse

<p>I recently went out on a date and it definitely didn’t go as well as I had thought it would.</p> <p>I’m going to be getting very real and raw and definitely want to give you a trigger warning.</p> <p>Nothing overtly awful happened, but I will be discussing what it feels like to be triggered and how I responded to it.
