99: Stop apologising for being sad with Helen Russell

<p>I am absolutely thrilled to have someone I greatly look up to on the show today. Today’s guest is Helen Russell, a British journalist, happiness researcher and international bestselling author of <em>The Year of Living Danishly, Leap Year, Gone Viking </em>and<em> The Atlas of Happiness. </em>Helen was formerly the editor of Marie Claire online and has been a long term writer for <em>The Telegraph, Stylist, Metro, The Independent </em>and many others. Today we are going to be speaking about her new book and I implore every single person to read this. It’s called <em>How to be Sad. </em>I saw this title a few months ago and I thought this couldn’t be a more relevant book for my show.
