With the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse this July 2021 and the calls for political stability, is Haiti still “under control” by foreign powers? If so, why?</p> <p>An interview with Elaine Brière, Canadian photojournalist, anti-colonial activist and film director of Haiti Betrayed.
