976: Anthony Valletta President of Bartaco

<p>Anthony Valletta is the President of <a href= "https://bartaco.com/">Bartaco</a>. Valletta is from Boston and studied the restaurant business both in the US and abroad in London. After graduating in 2005, he eventually found himself as the Managing Partner at <a href= "https://www.longhornsteakhouse.com/home">Longhorn Steakhouse</a> and stayed with the company for 7 years. He was <a href= "https://www.delfriscos.com/">Del Frisco's</a> Director of Operations for 7 years from 2011 to 2018. He then worked as the COO at <a href="https://www.michaelmina.net/">Mina Group</a>, and held the same title at <a href= "https://www.eatbirdcall.com/">Birdcall</a> in Denver.
