<p>To have love, truth and connection deeply rooted in your being, you have to transform your concentration into emptiness. Moving from a scattered mind to a one-pointed concentration is half the circle of meditation until it becomes emptiness.</p> <p><br /> Meditation Technique:</p> <p><br /> HAVING FIXED ONE'S EYE ON A PARTICULAR OBJECT, ONE SHOULD SLOWLY WITHDRAW THE GAZE FROM IT, AS WELL AS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THAT OBJECT ALONG WITH THE THOUGHT OF IT.
