<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mindfulness has become a buzzword, but really it’s a profound practice that can help so many women in all different periods in their life. Especially in trying times for Klal Yisrael, like the past few weeks have been.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But what does it really mean?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this interview, I talk to</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Dr. Aliza Ancier who specializes in helping women navigate their motherhood journey. She has a doctorate in physical therapy specializing in postpartum recovery and women's health. She started practicing mindfulness after struggling to connect back to herself while also caring for her family. After recognizing a similar need in the greater population, she trained in teaching mindfulness to help mothers feel more connected and peaceful in motherhood.
