Description

Today we are talking about Marsha’s experience with a Shaman, during a live event, and after a month of massive transformation. We see others through our own lens and we also see ourselves through a different lens than how others see us. We can learn so much about misalignment and let it be our greatest teacher.

In this episode we dive into:

1) Marsha experienced a migraine during a trip out west and a speaking event and spent time with a Shaman who supported her to release the trapped emotions. During the process of releasing the trapped emotions she experienced a visceral release of explosive bowels, fevers, major nosebleeds and immense fatigue.

2) There comes a point where we actually purge our old selves, and let these pieces break away from us because we don’t need them any more. After spending most of her life in her masculine energy, because it was a survival technique, now she is learning to trust and embrace other ways of doing life and business which includes trusting the feminine energy more.

3) How our titles define us and we have to listen to our emotions, what our body is saying and how it is speaking to you, and sometimes that is as simple as changing from Coach to Trainer, or whatever feels like defines you at this point in your life.

Join the OUTSPOKEN NLP Coaching Certification

https://www.marshavanw.com/outspoken

Apply to be an author in an upcoming
