916. Nothing Matters Until You Make It Matter

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nothing matters until you make it matter, good or bad. It can be so easy to spiral and focus your energy on things that are frustrating, upsetting, or just generally keeping you down. On the flip side, if you want to prioritize something, you have to be super intentional about that and make sure that you’re giving it the attention that it deserves. I’m trying to become a master of focusing my time and energy where it serves me best, enjoying my downtime, and being present with the people that I love.
