9/11, A Lesson In Repeated Government Failures

<p>It's that time of year again where we all are shamed into "remembering the victims" of 9/11 while sweeping the cause and effect (government failures, government expansion, mass death, wasting trillions of dollars, less freedom) under the rug. </p> <p>"Never again," they say. I agree. Never let a government be in charge of security, airplanes, airlines, wars, or anything else, ever. </p>
