<p>If you went door to door in your community asking people what they thought the cause of heart disease is… 99% of the population would say it’s cholesterol. We’ve all been sold the lie that cholesterol is bad and fibre is good for you.</p> <p>A conference on nutrition will be happening at the White House in Washington.
