<p>If you have not seen it yet, the Australian Government announced it will halve the price of almost 800,000 air-travel fares as part of a $1.2 billion packagetrying to getting more Aussies to spend up on domestic holidays. </p> <p>But there's a catch, the discount on tickets will or flights to and from a handful of regions that normally rely heavily on overseas visitors (something not happening with the covid-19 travel bans in place). That means, many other locations are out in the cold.
