<p>Ashley Bozeman is a multi-dimensional creative who has a background in comprehensive and traditional art. She's an Art Director at Mother, an advertising agency based in Brooklyn, New York, where she is a lead creative on the holiday campaign for Target.&nbsp;</p> <p>Ashley previously worked at The Martin Agency, where she was the first Black woman hired in their creative department.&nbsp;</p> <p>Ashley is very passionate about using her platform to amplify the voices of underrepresented communities through creativity, mentorship, + various multimedia avenues in hopes of making the creative industry more diverse and accessible to all.
