This week, the Devil's Reign begins. These issues are broken up into two stylistically different parts. They begin with the rise of Orion Assante aka Orion I. Quickly rising in the ranks and creating an army of COPS that begin a war with neighboring territories. After mergers and expansions and an end of the war, Orion is poised to take over much more. Then, the second part of the issue focuses on Pellon Cross, Zebra and the rest of the Vampires in Las Vegas. The Worm is ravenous, infiltrates Cesars Palace and all hell breaks loose, literally!
