After spending all year getting snatched I end up putting back on all the weight. YoYo dieting and body image has been a recurring theme in my life for as long as I can remember, but today I’m unlearning what being overweight looks like with this week&apos;s guest.</p><p>Tiffany Ima uses her platform to focus on Body Confidence; a space she created after a long battle with an eating disorder.
