<p>Today's episode gives you some pro tips on training through the postseason! IT'S CHAMPIONSHIP TIME!!!</p> <p>1- You must continue to lift heavy and lift fast- eliminate some of the extra work. Keep the philosophy the same. Here is why the conjugate method is king. You are always ready- always strong- always moving weights fast! </p> <p>2- Stay on Schedule- DON'T PANIC- adding more and more disrupts the athlete's weekly routine.
