80. Anna Castellano: Mother's Day, a Reflection on Motherhood, Infertility, Loss, and Gratitude

Today on the show the ladies sit down with one of their long time listeners, and friends, Anna Castellano. They wanted to talk all about motherhood and what it means to be a mom, appreciate your mom, or dealing with loss on this holiday. Ana talks to us about losing her mom at a young age and how that affected her when she had her kids. She also talks about post partum, depression, mom guilt. The ladies also chat about appreciating the mom you have, or the mentor you have and how important it is to not take her for granted! They also touch on infertility and those struggling to have kids on this holiday that can be so hard to many.
